GM RIPPED ME OFF

I recently sent my newly bought corsa utility with a 2 year warranty. i sent it to service as "i thought" would be the best place to send my vehicle to service. I got it back from service, Dirtier than what I left it there. Paying such a fortune for the service the next day started giving me problem with idling. i called them back to come bring my vehicle in to fix what the dealership messed up on my car, they said i must bring my car in but they will call me back when they will be able to look at the problem as its not a regular service, also telling me i have to pay for brining in my car to get it fixed but they messed it up. 3 weeks calling and waiting for them to call me back i went to my own trusted mechanic, he found that the filters and spark plugs that I was charged for was not replaced. WHAT A RIP OFF FOR DAMAGING MY CAR AND COMPLETE LACK OF SERVICE AFTER SALES SERVICE. To think the dealerships have become so pathetic is disgraceful to the brands.
