Poor service and dishonest billing

I am a 19 year old female and had to take my vehicle for a service. When I got my vehicle back from Ford Barloworld, Pietermaritzburg my car was dying and stalling, when the vehicle stalled my steering also locked. This caused me to find myself in very dangerous and life threatening situations. When I went back to them they advised me the vehicle's rings have perished which will cost me R 35 000 to replace whilst my vehicle only had 108 000 km on the clock. They also advised me that my the computer system in the car is affecting the driving ability of the vehicle. I got my vehicle back with a broken engine cover and still in no better driving condition. I decided to take the vehicle to an independent mechanic who then advised me that it is most definitely not the rings being the problem but a clogged pipe that was dirty with sludge and also they charged me for four new spark plugs which were never fitted, my old ones still in place and two of them weren't even tightened. I was charged R 1699.00 for absolutely nothing! I regard this as.
