NO after sales service and bad service

We took out vehicle in for a 150 000km service and when it returned it jerked between 1500 and 2500 revs. we then took it back and was told it was dud spark plug and it was changed. we go the vehicle back did not drive it for a while and then went down to P.E. on our return with the vehicle it started jerking again between the same revs. we took the vehicle back and it was placed on the computer system and we were informed that it was the spark plug cables and it will be order and will arrived within 5 to 7 days. i called after 7 days and was told that the work shop manager will contact me. i also informed thme that i am not paying for it as the vehicle did not before the service and only after the service and it seems that the mechanic that worked on the vehicle pulled on the cable to remove the plug wires thus damaging it and thus the reason for the jerking after the service. it has now been 4 weeks later and no phone call from GWM West gate no indication of when the cables will be there and our vehicle muse go back for another service in 4000 km. will not take it back to them again and will service it my self from now on
