SERVICE IS SHOCKING

About 3 months ago my radiator of a two year old car packed up, AA fetched my car on monday and on thursday i phoned to find out what happening, no one at Geely benoni bothered to let me know! this is shocking... i received my car on friday. 5 days without a car. not everyone has another car to use. the radiator was replaced, 3 months down the line there is water leaking again, AA fetched my car on friday, and i was not informed that it had arrived at geely benoni. on monday i phoned, they will look they think its the water pump. tuesday i phoned again, they have ordered the part. (they take 30mins to answer the phone) tuesday afternoon, i phoned, can i have my car yet, no the part hasnt come. if they had looked at my car on friday when it was towed in by the AA they could order the part and maybe i could of had my car back already. no communication, no customer service, no following up. nothing, everyone has this, i did my part, handed it over to the next person attitude. i am sick of being treated badly at geely benoni! your service is shocking and i am sorry i ever bought a car from you! never again, never, if only services were as good as the sales person!
