Very bad service

I bought a car from Hyundai Zambezi in March, and up to date have yet to receive my spare key!!! I have been back to the branch numerous times, made more than 10 phone calls and still nothing!!! Every time the car salesman phones it is with another excuse!! The last phone call I received was to say I need to give my car in for a day just to get the key programmed!!! I said that I would take my car in myself as it only takes less than an hour to do the programming, to which the reply was that he would get back to me. It is two weeks later and still nothing!!! According to law, you may not sell a car without a spare key!!! They can give me the money and I will go to WV and get the spare key myself!!! The company Hyundai Zambezi uses to do touch ups and repairs on cars did more damage than good, leaving overspray marks all over my car, they also sent my car in for fitment of a hands free kit and the people literally broke my dash plate, which had to be replaced at a cost of R800.00, that I had to pay for myself!!! It is the worst service I have ever received, they take your money, but do not worry about after market service at all!!!
