Purchase of New i10 at 11000km gearbox problems

I am very upset with the service received by Hyuandai Montana Zambesi. I purchased a brand new Hyuandai i10 cash, no outstanding payments. I purchased my car in December 2012. The car started making a noise at 11 000km and phoned to get my car seen to even before 15 000km service. Hyuandai was prepared to make me wait a 3 day period before even looking at my car. Finally the car is in and Hyuandai has to send it away as they cannot fix a gear box issue. Continuous follow ups have to be made as they don't keep you updaed. Why purchase a brand new car and it gives you problems at 11 000km. So dissappointed and fighting endlessly just to obtain a result. Why treat customers like this. Even if they fix the gear box, im disgusted to get it back like this due to a factory fault or whatever... Poor service, poor turn around time. I have never received such service from a dealership in my life. I will never buy a Hyundai agian.
