My daughter has been trying to get an answer from someone (anyone) at Kia for at least the past 6 months without any success! It's rather a simple problem which needs rectifying but nobody seems to want to take responsibility. At least 2 or 3 times a week Customer Service consultants keep promising to look into the matter and call back but this never happens, when switchboard is asked to transfer the call to someone more senior (because the Customer Service consultants are sick or not available) they cut her off or claim that there is no one else available. What is it going to take to solve a problem? Who is in charge? Who can we speak to to make a decision? In this age of advanced technology the excuse that the responsible person cannot be reached no longer flies. Please someone, step up and make a decision!
