Who is in charge at MTN?

Can you please give me the contact details of any responsible person at MTN? I don't want to speak to consultants, I don't want to speak to call centres and especially I don't want to speak to the manager of Repairs (he to me as well)... I want to speak to his superior. I am so sick and tired of and bullying. I will take my case to the highest level possible if I can only get hold of them... or are they hiding behind the too?
