I asked to cancel my policy with Discovery so that I can move to another provider with better service and cheaper prices. A "customer retention expert" phoned me and would not accept my decision and kept wanting to re-sell discovery to me.
Why can Discovery's consultants not take no for an answer? I have done my homework, and my final decision is to leave discovery. I will not be talked into staying. Changing insurance companies in a free market should be easier than breaking up with a girlfriend. Apparently not with Discovery.
