Refund & poor Service Complaint

I rented a car through Value Car Hire on the 25th of April, CPT Domestic Airport. Upon me my departure from the airport I experienced quite a funny rattling/vibrating sound, the whole car literally vibrated. I thought that this could be due to the model of the car, Hunyadi Atos, as this persisted I contacted the gentleman who I received the car from at the airport to notify him that I was unhappy with the current condition of the vehicle and asked if the car can't be exchanged for another vehicle. He then advised that there were no other vehicles available in that class. I then proceeded to my destination. Several hours later the front wheel on the driver's side bursted on a tar road, note that at this point I had my 6 year old daughter with me in the car.

As I managed to pull off on the side of the road, I contacted Value Car Hire and they advised me that it will take them 2 hours to get from Cape Town to Paarl (place of incident) in order to exchange the tire. Luckily I have been helped by a gentleman on the side of the road. Half an hour later I have been contacted by Value Car Hire to see whether I still would require their assistance whereupon I did notify them that I have
