BEWARE OF FORD FURY - WILLIAM NICOL

My name is Patricia Mzamo. I took my car for service of 80000km service in December 2013 at Ford Fury William Nicol. Their quote was R12, 119.37. I declined the full it and requested them to do the service and replace the battery (Ended up paying R2632.). On Collection date - I took car the same day to another mechanic to put on a cambelt; reasonable water bottle and told me that the 2 bolts (i think) needs to be replaced due to funny noise after i collected it from Ford. Just as he was about to commence with the work i discovered that 1 of the pipes / tube connection to the Engen was not connected properly infact the nossel that connect it was broken and the battery was not even looking as if its a brand new one. I told the guy to do what he had to do wil later inform Ford of the matter as i had to travel to Bloem. While he was busy - received a courtesy call from Ford and informed them of the problem. Cut the long story short-my car is stuck @Bloem;the mechanic confirmed the main problem started with 1 of the pipes / tubes. The water supply from the expansion bottle via engen and other parts was not travelling through proper channel. Informed Ford & no feedback. Stuck with R17600BILL
