No feedback om bad manufacturing fault

Had my vehicle repaired on roll bar that torn the loading bay where it is attached. Three attempts was made and was never inspected by dealership to see that it comply and would not happen again now I demand physical personal inspection on the job since it need to return again for forth time but this is were I don't get joy as none of the parties is willing to provide transport for the inspection that is convenient to me the already affected/ aggrieved/inconvenienced party. Reported the matter to Mazda SA to assist only came back once and disappeared with no result second request was not even addressed so still waiting for feedback. 3d request was forwarded to Mazda SA for assistance The problem is now not addressed for the last 3mnts and the damage is getting worse. The repairs was done at Mazda cost so they acknowledge the bad manufacturing stem from them.
