Where to start?
I bought a Mazda 3 a year ago - the service that I received from Jacques Brozens was PHENOMENAL - from the moment I set foot in the dealership, right through to booking my first service he was the absolute best. No-one does after sales service quite like Jacques. He is more than willing to sort out any problems - no matter how big or small.
Then, when I booked in my car for a service yesterday I had the most amazing experience ever. Every single request was attended to, even if it isn't part of a standard service. In the time that I waited for someone to come fetch me I was asked numerous times if they can't drop me off somewhere, get me some coffee - it was just amazing.
A year later Jacques still knows exactly who I am and treat me like royalty whenever I enter their dealership.
I can gladly refer anyone to Mazda Centurion - not only because my car is one of the best things to ever happen to me, but also because I have never imagined that the level of service I received at Mazda Centurion still exists.
