On Saturday 11 May 2013 at 16:30 I went to fill-up at Zenex Kyalami station and waited over 20min for assistance. After waiting for so long a petrol attendant came to help me but once the cops drove up to to fill up, he went to help them first.
I asked him why he did that and he could not even answer me. I then went into the station to let the manager on duty know what happened and he couldn't even help me he just told the guard that once his finished with the cops he should help me. that was besides the point. As a manager he should have at least told the petrol attendant what he did wrong, but he was as useless. he could not even perform his management duties.
Worst service I have ever experienced in such a long time. Its no wonder I always go to the Shell Garage.
