Cheating with customers

I bought a accident damaged car Opel Astra H 1.8 Sport. on 06/05/2013 I paid R40, 000 through bank deposit and at the time of delivery of the vehicle Mr. Clive said the keys are at the head office and we must come tomorrow to collect the key. I went next day and Clive said the keys are still in Head Office, Again on 10/05/2013 I went to collect the key. He gave me the key and when I got home and tryed the key realize he gave me the wrong key. I called and explain to him and he said this is the only key for the car. I went there and try the same key with another car was parked in his yard and it was fitting in. I told him and then he made me wait from 2 pm to 5 pm and gave me another key said its fine now. I got home and tryed but again he gave me the wrong key.
I believe he is hiding something from me. He has got a bad attitude and no manner of talking. The time he was selling the car he was very good at conversation but now he is ready to fight. This a day broad light roabbery and what will I do with the car without the key while the new keys are costing around R5000.
