Maintenance Plan issues

I had enough, how hard is it the job you are assigned to, I bought my first I10 (2011) at Zambezi with a maintenance plan, bought the second (2012) I10 at Wonderboom (lavender road), whereby the maintenance plan should have been transferred from the first to the second car, which is still not done...
I have been shunted around from one garage to another with no success in achieving this transfer, and my car is at service number 2, whereby Menlyn currently refuses to service my car, because of this, I am tired of being told this story and that story, I do not want to fight about it each time my car has to go for a service.

I am at the point where i feel I need to pursue a legal course of action, just to get my vehicle maintained as it should, what is the point of paying for a maintenance plan, if I end up being the one cheated...
I was nice the first time with regards to this, but after the the third time, that has flown out the window, no courtesy for the one being done in and shunned, no consideration for something that should be easy to sort.
