OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Chelsea turned 21 on the 27/02/2013 & decided she wanted to purchase a car. She had her eye on a Polo Vivo so we decided to approach Barons Tokai & we are so glad that we did. The application was sent to Bev & within 24 hours she called us to say that the finance had been approved. Her call was over & above her sending emails to keep us updated.

On arrival we were ushered into Bev's office to sign all the documents & although Mom and Dad were there, Bev spoke directly to Chelsea & explained the legal & contract information in such a manner that it was easy for her to understand. This was great as often when a parents are there people forget that the young adult is buying the car.

Paper work done & it was over to Wayne who sat Chelsea down & went through all his paper work & again with everything being directed at her. After that it was out to the car and WOW did he make it special. The car was covered with a black sheet & had a big red bow on it with a plaque congratulating her on her purchase. This made her feel really special.

Well done Wayne and Bev for making it a truly SPECIAL day for her. Can't thank you enough.
