Putting customers at heart of your business??

I'm so disappointed at Barons N1 city no words could describe the feeling. Since the day my car was booked in for a service and a turbo replacement (6th of May 2013) I have just had one bad experience. Well my car was @ Barons for 14 work days. Not once have they thought of me or my family of how we had to cope without any transport. Nor the fact to let us in on what's happening. Where they always use to let us know via sms or a telephonic call. I have then decided to call myself and ask, I've spoken to the service advisor guy no response was always too busy. I then tried the workshop manager he took his time to come back to me. I then tried the DP (Dealer Principal). At this point I have completely lost my trust in Barons N1 City. Till this day I wonder is Barons N1 city truly exceptional in their service and where did you hear a manager talks in open why do customers always ask who is the person in charge here. If a manager have no respect towards a client and not argue with the client instead of asking lets talk and find a solution, what do we expect from volkswagon? Keeping customers updated, what happened to feedback! Isn't that what you'd expect from volkswagon.
