There were too many problems to list in 1200 characters (wrong camper supplied, shower blocked, geyser broken etc etc) but the most important one was that the engine died 140 km from Cape Town on the return leg and we were left stranded as there are no emergency numbers you can call - we had to be towed back (by TOWROPE as there were no tow trucks available!) - I will be starting legal proceedings against this company (who will not even respond to my emails and sms's) to recover my money and I see that I am not the only unhappy customer on this forum - please contact me with your MAUI/KEA poor service story and let's see if Mr Moola will take note of a proposed class action instead.
