GWM clearly misleading the buye

Hi
Unable to get this resolved or get hold of GWM, I bought a GWM multi wagon in 2007 and was assured via sales person and HQ mail that the seats as per advert is leather (genuine leather) as per brochure.
I still have the GWM (good vehicle) just the seats tore and by my surprise this is fake leather,
this is clearly misleading the buyer.
