It is an absolute disgrace with the way that my problems with you have been handled. From the rudeness and availability of parts or rather lack thereof. The suspension in my car has gone on the back for the second time. The car sounds sick and like it needs the doctor. There is an oil problem since years ago that has never been sorted out. The boot hydraulic was replaced and now the boot does not close properly. The problems are endless. Mobilo took over a day to organise a car and then it was manual and not automatic. I drive a car supposed to be safe and it will not be or is refused to be replaced with a mercedes benz. I have 3 small children and would not drive something that would endanger their or my life. My husband has already screamed at mercedes south africa. At the end of the month the car is being sold and I am replacing it with something far superior that I know is safe and will never give a days trouble.
