I was buying a car from the dealership which when i phoned requesting to view was told that the car was been lend to a customer for the weekend and that it will be ready by monday, monday the car was not ready as customer did not deliver on time.two days later the car was viewed and we picked up a few things about it and was promised it will be rapaired and we can conclude the deal on friday, within the same week i phoned wanting to go see him and finalize a few issues and perhaps sign the opt once an agreement was reached and he told me he had taken his mom to the doctor. friday i phoned and was told he is off sick and only back on tuesday. monday morning he phones and tells me that somebody is interested in the car and i said to him he could not do that as i clearly stated how bad i wanted that car and i said i will come through to his office to finalize the transaction during the day, 30minutes later he sends me an sms saying the car is sold.
