Buying a car is supposed to be a plesant experience. I respomded to an advert which led me to VW in buyers Naude. After confirming everything with the sales person. I completed all the paperwork, loans from westbank, payed a deposit on a car. The only thing I had to do was collect the car and sign the contract. After asking for the car specifications like the chessy number, engine number for insurance purposes, I discovered that the details from the advert and the details given to me by die sales person are completely different, I cancelled the car and now I have to fight to get my deposit back from this VW branch. I'm sure its against the law to advertise falsely and then refusing to refund me. Very upset
