To whom it may concern
On the 10/02/2013 I had a Smash and Grab indecent, the robbers broke into my bakkie, broke two windows to get in (windows do have smash and grab protection on) and my Nikon camera worth almost R8000, It was behind my seat under a jacket of mine, My policy states I have to conceal the camera in the cabby hole but how could I, it cant fit in side the cabby hole because of the size of the camera. I do have the camera on "Out and About" for this ever happens, they cancelled the claim for the reason that it was not in a concealed lockable compartment, I have been a loyal Outsurance client for almost 4 years now and this is my first claim form them. now they advertise they will bend over backwards to help you with you claim as fast as possible. but still no results bending over backwards.
