Car rental cost in-cured

28.04.13 My wife & I flew to George used the Kulula/Europcar combo, works fantastic for me, but on this day Europcar held R2000 on my wife's FNB Cheque account, as usual. But instead of taking R471.85 from the R2000 they went to debit my wife's account which did not have enough, because we don't keep alot of money in the cheque account because of the charges, we incured costs on that account, R300. I drove to it's Head office and met Craig van Niekerk, nice guy, but could not give a positive response on the cost incured by their own fault. For the month of April I have used their service 4 times. From the 4th of April they still owe me money then. They promised my money will be paid in 2weeks, 3 latest. I paid in cash for the first 3 times. I would still I would still live to use the service & would be flying 2 to 4 times a month to Cape Town/JHB, but I'm nit a happy client.
