POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

When the contract was signed it was agreed in writing on outstanding issues regarding the car.

It was agreed that the windscreen will be replaced, the missing cover for the spare wheel will be replaced, the service light will be reset and they will touch up some scratch marks.

One week after taking delivery of the car I contacted Andre to make arrangements to get the outstanding issues agreed on sorted out. Then the poor excuses started, at first they cannot get a spare wheel cover, then it is the wrong cover they received, then they are still looking where to get another cover, then the cover need to be spray painted, then they cannot find a windscreen, then it is the wrong windscreen the motor glass people had in stock.

Eventully the windscreen was replaced and they returned the vehicle to me extremely dirty, door sill cover broken and fuel level empty, so empty that the car would not even start. They received the car with the fuel gauge indicating half.

Till today they still have the one weak excuse on top of another and all outstanding issues are still outstanding except for the windshield.

My opinion if you want POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, deal with CENTURION MOTORS GROUP.
