Bad service at Citroen

My car couldn't start so on 30/04/2013 I took it to the dealer (citroen hatfield) to fix the problem I had to try it 3 to 4 times before the engine turns on especially if it has been parked 4 a long time. I experienced thw problem mostlyin the mornings... I assumed it was a starte. I told the lady at the reception by the name of Tinah that the car has a starter problem n the ABS light is on she asked if I experience the problem after I parked for a long time.when she said that thought oooh this is a "common" problemShe said they have to diagnose the car first to confirm exactly what the problem is, they will then call me and give me a quotation. She phoned around 11:30 and say the car is due for service n the stater doesn't have a problem the problem is with the battery it needs to be changed... she said the total costs will be R4187.74 and I gave herva go ahead (to start working on a car)
They sent an sms that the car is ready, I made payment n drove home. The next morning the car couldn't start I tried several times and eventually it turned on.i phoned the office n then realised that it is a public holiday.on 02/05/2013 at 07h15 I was already at the dealers to lodge a complain I le
