14 days car in twice and had to pay twice

I am so unhappy with mercedes. My car had a problem with starting two weeks back, so then it was taken into northcliff mercedes branch, they changed the battery as well as the fuss behind the radio saying that something to the battery was not recharging properly, we paid our portion of the invoice. the car is almost 3 yrs old. Two weeks after the car could not start and we had to go through the centralised call centre. The technicians came out from M2 city and they said we have to tow the car and will work on the car tomorrow as the workshops will be closed. They then said that the problem is with the ignition and we might have to carry the cost again tomorrow after they work on the car. For crying out loud, i took the car in for the same problem, why do I have to pay twice if they give me back the car without fixing the issue.
