Imperial Select Multi Franchise
IMPERIAL MULTIFRANCHISE OR MULTIFLAWS?

I baught a 2007 Hyudai Atos from this dealership, April 2012. After about a month of driving, noticed that the car was slowing down, had no power at all. One day, the battery was completely dead-we recharged it, but still-dead. I contacted the salesman, he told me that this was in fact a new battery-RUBBISH-this battery was bone dry on the inside. He replaced the battery free of charge. We told him about the car not being able to get past a speed of R60km an hour, and that it was becoming heavier on fuel by the day. No response. The car broke down in August 2012, and the salesman had it towed, and "fixed" No paperwork was made available to me, I still dont know what the problem was. October 2012, I contacted the complaints dept of Imperial, and made an arrangement to have the car serviced by them. I was given a vehicle to drive with for two days, and upon collection, I was told by the manager, If the problem should occur again, they would not be able to assist. He was not able to tell me what the problem was... just that it had been fixed. January 2013, the same issues started up again. If you buy from this dealership, prepare to drive a faulty car!..Imperial has FALLEN in terms of standards!
