Through my working career, I've always made use of recruitment companies, so I've dealt with some the best and with some of the worst. But then came along Sheena McNamara-Lee from 7 Dimensions Recruitment and displayed something that has been lacking in South Africa for a while, EXCEPTIONAL, BEYOND CALL OF DUTY, CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I've never dealt with someone so thorough, someone that keeps to their word. If she promised something, she keeps to her word e.g. if she said she will phone you back, she does. The hospitality industry is 7 Dimensions Recruitment's main focus, and I'm a professional in the Telecommunications industry, but Sheena still managed to secure a top position for me in my industry. I wish that every person that truly appreciates excellent service gets the chance to deal with Sheena in their lifetime.
