Recruitment Agency asking for application fee

I also got an e-mail from Zenith Recruitment asking for an upfront fee for an application. As far as I am aware recruitment agencies are not allowed to ask for a fee from an applicant. There is no address or telephone number on the letterhead, the company registration number is short of two digits and the banking details provided are into a personal FNB account in the name of S Khanyile, not a business account. The only advertisement I responded to was on Gumtree so I assume this is where they are advertising. BEWARE!!!
