My husband and I own a plumbing business that prides itself by providing a professional service and breaking all the negative perceptions in the market regarding our industry. In order for us to achieve this, we need to employ great plumbers with great attitudes and an understanding that values such as Accountability, Professionalism, Leadership, Integrity, Excellent Customer Service, Relationship Building etc has to be ingrained into their make up. An almost impossible task to achieve.
Over the years of using recruitment agencies to find us these plumbers, we had given up on one existing that even bothers to understand what we are about as a business, what we are wanting to achieve, and who could source these individuals.
Since we have met Matthew, he has come into our business, taken the time to understand us, given us great advice and positive criticisms that would assist us in employing the right people. He goes through hundreds of cv's and only sets up interviews with guys who meet our criteria. He also sits in on an interview with us if we require his input.
