On Saturday 6 July my boyfriend and i went to Cappuchino's in Greenstone for a late breakfast.
The manager was marching around, shouting at waiters to clean tables, hurry up etc. he was doing this in a very loud voice and in an unnecessary aggressive manner. this was done in front of a full restuarant and I know for a fact that this upset many customers.
Every time i go this restuarant I swear it will be the last.
The food is very expensive, not up to standard, I always have to wait for extended periods for food and drinks to arrive and the vibe is just awful. I have never seen such unhappy waiters and waitresses.
