LUNCH HOUR DRIVE THROUGH FROM

I have been a loyal customer to this branch for the past 3 years but today was the first time I have received such insolence and shocking customer service! Around 1h30 during my lunch hour I entered the drive thru to place my order and a critical work-related call came through. The lady who served me was loudly impatient and berated me in Zulu DEMANDING me to put my phone down or she would not assist. Swiftly wrapping up my call, I alerted her that I was ready to place my order and she approached my vehicle with an irritated look saying she did not "have time for clients who inconvenienced her" and asked me to drive off and place my order at the paypoint. I asked for her name and threatened to report her as her attitude was appauling and with no care she told me her name was Ayanda and walked off. I spoke to the manager on duty who apologized and promised she would speak to the staff member. I was not even offered anything to alleviate my grief, such as having my order personally attended to. As hungry as I was, my appetite was ruined and I left the premises. If this is how the service levels have dropped I have no desire to support this establishment! Never setting foot there again
