As a multichoice customer we receive e mails from them. On the 23 January 2014 we received a mail offering HD PVR for R1000.00, just log on for the offer.
I tried logging on, on the 23rd, 24th and 25th and could not find this offer. I decided to call multichoice on the 25th January 2014. She replied that the special offer was a December special and she understands the e mail was late but can't help us.
This to me is false advertising as I would have taken the special offer in December or now after we received the e mail.
