I frequent WIMPY so much, i placed an order for a toasted sandwhich at the WIMPY in SUNNYSIDE mall @ 08h30 and they bring the sandwhich to me now at 11h52! I MEAN REALLY! this is now customer service! WIMPY NEEDS TO UP THEIR GAME! It is because of customer like me that eat WIMPY almost 4-5 times a week. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! I even returned the sandwhich! and if you see my records this is my 1st complaint about WIMPY! the service is really going DOWN!
