Shocking Service from KFC Alberton

I went into the KFC this morning at around 9:10 am, hoping to order a streetwise 2 with a cappuccino for the extra R5, as the breakfast menu suggests. Firstly I had to queue for over 20 minutes, I had a customer cut in before me and besides the attendant seeing that he had done this, served him first. Not being in the mood to get into a fist fight over a place in the queue I decided to let this slide.By the time I finally got to order it was just past 9:30 so after witnessing the whole commotion and seeing my dissatisfaction the attendant decides to serve me. I asked for the order, however the attendant showing no empathy whatsoever rejected it stating that I had to pay the full R14.95 for the cappuccino as on technicality it was past 9:30 when I placed the order, the manager shockingly enough when spoken to advised of the same without an exception or any remorse, at this point I cancelled the order and left. I am utterly disgusted at the level of service I received especially from the management.
