Was charged for a replacement. Still no feedback

I tried to get a hold of Wimpy Head office but to no avail.

About two weeks ago i was told that the Gold reef park branch would get back to me in an attempt to rectify my order where was over charged for my food. i was promised by my waiter that replacing the bacon would not charge me but in the end it did. And as a result, my budget for doing other activities was affected.

This was after I was promised that I would not be affected. Some kind gentleman from Wimpy who said that he was an Area manager promised to get back to me. However he did not. He said that the park is closed on Mon and that he would visit on Wed. But that was a long time ago. Also a call centre agent said that they would get back to me.

Not looking for any complications, just compensation for the inconvenience and for being overpriced when your waiters promised that they would not. Please assist me urgently wimpy.
