I went to Mcdonald's at Ghandi sqaure on Monday 6 May 2013, at about 17:58, to get an ice-cream. I stood at the dessert kiosk waiting to be served. The waitress was serving another customer and I patiently waited.
When she finished serving the customer, she completely ignored me and prepared a McFlurry for herself, I think, as there were no other customers, except me.
When she was done, she turned to me coolly and said "Can I help you? "
As I was telling her what I wanted, she turned to chat to her colleague who had walked into the kiosk.
Shocked at such attrocious service, I walked away.
This Mcdonald's usually gives good service and the staff are usually patient. But that particular waitress was rude and had a horrifying atittude.
She didn't have a name badge and she was wearing black attire.
Gosh!!!
