I went to KFC (24 hours) a few days ago, cannot find my slip now, and ordered a family feast (8 pieces and 3 sides) and a coke. I normally check my order before I leave as they always leave something out be it a piece of chicken, or a side or chips. I was pretty worked up because I had to wait "20 minutes" for new chicken which took 40 minutes and ended up being there for a hour. I was glad just to get out there because it was close to midnight. BUT when I got home GUESS WHAT... no chips??? I immediately called them but there was no answer, I phoned the next morning and explained to the gentleman what the issue was, he was very polite and promised he would follow up and get back to me... to date I'm still waiting. I don't want vouchers or anything I just want to make KFC head-office aware of the irregularities at KFC in Wonderpark. I'm sure they deliberately withhold certain items and the either give it or sell it to other individuals.
