Having had a call from the franchise owner of Fishaways, Glenwood branch this morning. I would like to thank him for a meaningful discussion, I accept that an error may have being made by his staff working that evening. He at no time tried to defend the error or to excuse the mistake. He himself appeared embarrassed by the picture of the food quantity that was show to him. Sir, I thank you for you call and accept the meaningful apology put forward by yourself. Your interest in finding an amicable solution was you first priority for which you must be applauded. As discussed, I do sincerely hope that you will bring this situation to the attention of your staff to ensure that this type of situation does not happen again so that your customer base will note the true quality of your food and the franchise as a whole.
