On 17 August 4.23pm I purchased a family hake platter from Fishaways Glenwood. Inv 18319. I have purchased this order before at this branch but was shocked to find the ridiculously small hake sizes in this platter. Ordinarily one would then call the manager and complain but this branch does not list their telephone number either via a search on the web or on their invoice slip- and they haven't been doing so for some time!!! It's a schlep therefore to drive back to the branch to complain especially when the family is already hungry. It's scandalous to be inconsistent with hake sizes in an order and I personally will not be purchasing at this branch again. I belong to the entertainment industry and very often I bring my crews for lunch at the neighbouring take-aways. I will not be doing so at Fishaways Glenwood!!!
