I went to Fishaways and ordered 2 plater for one's. When the food arrived, there was a sour smell eminating from the rice and it tasted like it had gone off. We raised the issue with the staff but they were very unfriendly and unapologetic. They tried to justify the condition of the rice and refused to replace the food. Eventually after trying to reach some solution, we asked for a refund. The assistant manager Xolani, very rudely told us to take the money and go. This is not service i expect from a large take away and needless to say, i will never return.
