Delay in orde

I visisted the Tramshed Pretoria branchon 23 October 2013 at 12.00 and placed my order at 12.04. I was told my order will take 8 minutes. Ionly recived my order at 12.35. It took 30 minutes for a Strips and Rice order. The lady handing orders did not provide a explanation when asked about the delay. She just spoke on the top ofher voice to a person on the other side of the counter and thereafter ignored me.

This kind of service is unaccepatble. Is this the kind of servcie you now expect from Nandos.
