Debonairs promises quality service and care about its customers, unfortunately I learn the hard way that such promises are often deceptive. I previously posted my complains on poor service received from the Lenasia Branch and what followed then was a lip service customer service with no intention to resolve the impasse. The Customer Service was notified of this impasse and the attitude of its managers cries for serious customer service training and professionalism.
I made an effort to arrange a meeting with the Area Manager and the concerned Branch Manager and after the confirmation of the meeting come the time they were no where to be found nor the staff at the branch aware of the meeting and they could not even call me to cancel or apologies for failure to honor the meeting. I thought of reaching out to mend the broken trust but burnt. It will be best to take my business somewhere where it will be appreciated.
