I ordered pizza for my team from Debonairs Carlton Centre at 11:55am today which was told would take 45min. Order 80 & 90. At 13:13pm i received a call to say the food was downstairs, so the guys went to fetch as i was in a meeting. The pizza's were cold. i called to complain and was refered to Naeem, who said i should bring the pizza's back and he will reheat it for me when i could just as well use the microwave at work.
How can you run a business with that attitude when your companies logo states, if it's not, it's free.
