4 Unacceptable Mistakes

1. I phone through my order. The man who answered stated that there is a new special where we get 1 free topping and 1 free premium topping with the special burger for R55. I needed to go through the menu again and asked to call back. After calling back in 2min, Mbusi picked up and said that the other guy made a mistake and there is no such special. I said that this is completely unprofessional service. He agreed to include the 1 free topping and 1 free premium topping into the R55 special price.

2. After placing the order, I told Mbusi my address. I stay within the 5km radius, which means that the delivery is free, according to their website and their advertising. I enquired if they know the address and provided a few landmarks to guide the delivery person. I enquired how long the delivery will take. Mbusi said a maximum of 20min. After 45min, I called Mbusi once again and enquired if the delivery person was lost. Mbusi stated that they are on their way and should be there shortly. The delivery person arrives after 1hour!

3. The food was cold and had no special toppings!

4. I was promised by Mbusi that I will be provided with a voucher due to the bad service. No voucher yet!
