Overall poor experience

Waiter was friendly but offered poor service. Took order and then brought food only to never return. I had to get up myself and get crayons for kids, bill from till, jam for toast etc.
The bill was also incorrect. I showed the lady at the till who just said, next time you'll get better service. She didn't refund the over charge. I was stunned! Standing with young kids and shopping i just left.
They were also unable to use their credit card machine and took very long to process the payment.

I like my Wimpy breakfasts but this was unacceptable.
