It has taken several incidents of poor service from McDonald's but what happened this morning was the last straw!! Arrived at 24-hour drive through in Pinelands, at about 02:20. Started to order but the order-taker was distracted because she was dealing with another client as well at the same time. Caused some confusion and eventually managed to place the order. Proceeded to pay and then having done that, waited another 12 minutes for my order. There was no apology when I received the order. (It seems as if only one person was working, and there were fours cars waiting for orders) so, eventually after about 20 minutes I leave. When we reached home we discovered that the fries were not either not cooked properly or stale as they were soggy. (I live two minutes away from the franchise so very little time had elapsed) Also, my chicken burger was almost burnt to a crisp. Surely, one expects better service and quality of food, given the promises made by this supposedly amazing brand. I am DEFINITELY NOT loving It.?
