The service and quality of meals at this particular branch of McDonald which is closest to my home is truly going from bad to worse. In the past on the lunch hour run, I have been met with a cold delivery of my order in record time, no doubt because the burger had been made in early in the day in anticipation of the lunch hour rush. Needless to say the burger ended up in the bin. A waste of my cash. Yesterday we purchased several burger items again and we're given cold hard patties with soggy stale lettuce. Not pleasant at all. Not edible at all. I assumed the food was prepared fresh. Now, I wonder. Won't be buying from this branch again. Bad, bad, bad service and product.
